Can I change or cancel my order?

yes. If you would like to cancel your order, please send your request to our email [email protected] after placing your order. Depending on when you notify us of this request, the following cancellation and restocking rates apply:

Within 4 hours - full refund.
Within 24 hours - 80% refund.

Note: Orders with custom options added will not be canceled/refunded.
When submitting your order, please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a non-refundable 20% processing fee.
